Neck and Shoulder Injury When Vulnerable lap Tablet PC

Because the shape is very concise, tablet PCs like the iPad and the like can be used to work anywhere. But the habit to wear lap vulnerable way injure the neck and shoulders because of his position is too low.
A study at the Harvard School of Public Health shows, neck and shoulder pain most complained tablet PC users. These complaints are usually triggered by bad habits, namely lap while using the tool to work.

Dr. Dennerlein that conclusion after examining a number of participants who were asked to use a tablet PC with 4 different positions. The position is simply lap, lap with mats, placed on the table and placed on a table with a placemat.
